Restorative Dentistry

We find joy in helping our patients restore worn, cracked, broken, or decayed teeth. Our goal is to improve our patients’ overall health in the safest and least invasive way possible. Using a TRIOS intraoral scanner, we’re able to offer many of our restorative procedures without the need for traditional impressions.

Implants

Dental implants are a permanent, durable, and natural-looking solution for patients with missing teeth. While filling the space in a smile, tooth replacements also fill the missing tooth root, which protects against bone loss and bite shifting. With many years of training and experience, we’re proud to offer dental implants in the comfort of our office. If an implant is necessary, we will take the time to walk you through every step of this process, considering other options such as partial or full dentures and dental bridges, if appropriate.

All-on-4® Bridge Implants (Implant-Supported Dentures)

For patients missing all of their upper and/or lower teeth, the All-on-4® treatment is able to replace the entire arch of teeth using just four dental implants. These implant-supported dentures are a natural-looking, comfortable, and long-term solution to restore your smile—and it only requires one day at the office to place them. This option avoids any invasive bone grafting or wait times. With implant-supported dentures, our patients enjoy dramatically improved cosmetic appearance as well as better functionality and overall health.

Crowns

Crowns provide armor for patients’ weakened enamel. Most commonly, dental crowns are used to restore strength and function to a damaged tooth. Using high-quality, natural-looking materials, they are placed as covers or caps on top of the teeth. Often, we will also place crowns to stabilize a dental bridge or protect a tooth that has been treated by a root canal. A crown can hide cosmetic flaws like chips, cracks, or discoloration. At Ghadiri Comprehensive Dentistry, we’re also happy to restore your older crowns—even those placed by other offices—to help improve appearance and function.

Bridges

If you’re missing one or multiple teeth, a dental bridge is a great, natural-looking, long-term solution. The bridge consists of custom-made false teeth that are bonded into place by two crowns on the natural teeth on either side. Crafted by our experienced lab technicians, our dental bridges will last seven years or longer with proper care. Inlays & Onlays

If a tooth’s enamel needs a stronger solution than a standard filling but isn’t damaged enough to need a crown, we may recommend dental inlays or onlays as a cheaper and less invasive option. Like fillings, inlays fit inside of the tooth to restore damage from tooth decay. Onlays do the same, but extend onto the chewing surface of the back of the tooth. Both are custom-made restorative pieces placed on top of damaged teeth that still have enough tooth structure to not need a crown.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

At Ghadiri Comprehensive Dentistry, we offer tooth-colored fillings that can be customized to your mouth and color-matched to each tooth’s color. Made of composite materials, our fillings form a tight union with the enamel, strengthening teeth. White fillings are less vulnerable to fracture, as they aren’t affected by temperature, and are less invasive than metal fillings. We’re also happy to replace old metal fillings in our office to both strengthen the tooth and give a more aesthetically pleasing smile.

Clear Aligners - ClearCorrect & Invisalign

For patients looking to straighten teeth more discreetly, we’re proud to offer two types of clear aligners, ClearCorrect and Invisalign. With no metal, wires, or bonding to the teeth, these aligners can be removed for eating and allow for easy flossing and cleaning. Our patients with overly crowded teeth, widely spaced teeth, overbite, underbite, crossbite, and crossed or turned teeth have found great success using clear aligners.
